Not impressed with this place. Early on in my visits, I asked for an estimate of the expense to me after insurance, but was not provided with anything in writing and the bill (several months later) was three times the size of what they told me verbally. Additionally, I had to ask a lot of questions in order to get details and a diagnosis with regard to my neck pain. I'll be looking for a more professional and forthright office next time.

Elite Chiropractic is an excellent choice for many different needs! Dr. Matt has the skills, knowledge and ability and does an excellent job not only as the doctor but also as the owner. There has never been a time when arriving for an appointment that I have not been greeted, engaged in conversation or have not seen smiles on the faces of the staff. The atmosphere is unlike most Doctor offices! I am truly thankful for what all Dr. Matt and the staff have done for me and my family! I wish there was a way to give them more than 5 stars!

My first visit to this office was one of the best experiences I have had as a new patient to a medical office. I was able to get myself and my daughter scheduled within 24 hours and Matt Kelly not only took the time to get to know us, but he fully explained everything and made sure my child and I were comfortable and understanding of the chiropractic care that we needed. The staff was friendly and I left feeling better than I had in years, I would recommend Matt Kelly and this office to anyone who is looking for Chiropractic care.

For 12 years the staff at Elite Chiropractic have been taking care of my chiropractic needs.
Dr. Joe took excellent care of me at the West Chester office for the first 10 years until I moved further North. I'm excited that they not only built a location closer to where I moved, but they expanded their staff to include Dr. Matt. I couldn't be more pleased at the care and attention he provides. Even when I'm not on the schedule he stays late or moves things around to accommodate my needs. The passion and commitment to my care that Dr. Matt presents is truly unique to this practice.

Dr. Matt and staff are great! This was my first experience visiting a chiropractor, so I was a little hesitant. Dr. Matt was very helpful and informative. I was placed on a treatment plan to help with my neck discomfort, I now visit regularly and am no longer experiencing neck pain. If are looking for a friendly atmosphere and flexible hours--look no further than Elite Chiropractic!

Dr Matt delivers! As a lifetime runner who is not getting any younger, I appreciate his willingness to work with me in trying to prolong my running years as long as possible.
