Doug was very friendly and explained everything to us and if I had any questions during the installation he was always there to answer any questions I had. The employees on the job were great and they were very professional. The cleaned up everything after the installation and did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone. I usually never write reviews but Scott from Palmers has to be one of the best out there in this field. Super-smart and knowledgeable. Took the time to make sure everything was up to his standards and also took time to explain to me what all he did. On top of all that, he was very affordable. Don't waste your money or time on anyone else.

This was the first time I called Palmer for an issue with my AC. I will definitely call these guys again. They said they would be out at 9am and when my wife outside to go to work at 8:10am Doug was already here. He knew what he was doing and fixed the problem quickly. Very professional. Yall have a lifetime customer, thank you.
