Velocity Healthcare Collaborative, LLC formed in 2016 as a nonprofit, joint venture of Houston Healthcare and Navicent Healthcare to provide hospital coding and other revenue cycle services to hospitals. Our office is based in Macon, Georgia, and our coding staff works remotely. This allows us the capability to serve hospitals and healthcare facilities across the country.
Velocity Healthcare provides quality and cost-effective medical coding services to hospitals and healthcare facilities. Our services reduce the coding staffing burdens and other rising costs that hospitals face. We know that patient volumes and workloads can fluctuate at hospitals. From flu season to summer vacations, different months present different workloads for hospital coding staff.
Velocity Healthcare's coding staff provides Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) support for hospitals and healthcare facilities. Diagnosis Related Groups (DRG) validation to ensure the coded patient information matches the hospital claim.
