Avoid renting/buying from Shawn at all costs!!
A beach vacation with family should be nothing but enjoyable. Unfortunately, because of Shawn's inconsideration, our family spent the weekend trying to avoid the filth he allowed us to stay in. The rental that was posted on VRBO and Airbnb would be unacceptable living conditions in any event especially considering three young children would be living there for a week. His only resolution for this was for our family to leave our trip (that was scheduled to celebrate two birthdays) immediately and be refunded for the remaining nights. You should

FILTHY. Stay away from anything managed by this guy. My family stayed at one of his properties for our vacation this year. My nephews had BLACK feet after an hour of being there. Not a single thing was clean in this house and we had to line the drawers with linen because they were sticky and we used sheets on the couches as well because the condition of all of the furniture was beyond unacceptable. This place is not worth even 10% of what we paid for it- stay ANYWHERE but here, seriously.
