I had a terrible experience. If you have a loved one do not use this attorney!!! Would rate him one star if I could. I feel he did a poor job as my loved ones attorney.

I chose Brad Wagner to handle my dad's estate when he passed away. Everything was finalized today. I can not say enough good things about the way in which Brad and his entire staff worked with me. They did everything for me! At a very difficult and trying time in my life, they did all that they could to make it a little easier for me . They were efficient, thorough and professional. Highly recommended.

My mother in law was in a nursing home and not able to remember where her Power of Attorney paperwork was. We needed a copy to prove that her son had power over her affairs/finances. We stopped into the office and the office staff refused to give us a copy. They said that mom already had a few copies. We tried to explain that she's in a nursing home and sick. They didn't want to hear it or help us. When we did eventually find the paperwork there were several misspellings. I could have written the POA better myself. Went to another attorney who charged less, and was professional. Provided
