THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PROPERY MANAGER RYAN CECIL ARE FINANCIAL SCAMMERS! We`ve rented a house for 4 months, property manager Ryan checked the house while we were leaving. He told he will charge 150USD from the security deposit to clean the driweway and the makeup chair. We accepted that. After we left - he wrote us that he WILL NOT RETURN THE SECURITY DEPOSIT. He is trying to renovate this old house, which was buit 20 years ago by using our deposit!!! We will hire lawyer and report to police! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMERS!

Our Real Estate Agent Beverly Alter was excellent. Given the specifics of what we were looking for, and the amount of properties that did not fit the bill, she was as tenacious as a bulldog. She finally found the property that fit the bill, and she handled everything professionally and courteously. Above all was her communication.
