Was there for Sanchez wedding very beautiful place. You get what you pay for. Food was very good. Only one issue was with parking as catering told everyone that area in the parking lot was to be for them but didn't inform us as to where we should have parked probably because there was nowhere else for us to park!!

Couldn’t imagine booking another venue other than the Crystal Ballroom in Tampa. From the staff, to decoration, to organization. Everyone went out of their way to make our day perfect! Mercedes and Eleana were the best! I would recommend to anyone to book with them

5 out 5. The venue is not only phenomenal, so is the staff. They are personable and work with you to create a memorable experience. They clearly outline what's expected of you and what's expected of them. They allow you to give input on how they can make your experience even better. I have no complaints and would book again without reservation.

I own a photo booth business, Photo Fun LLC, and did a Sweet 16 event last Saturday night and Maria was the banquet coordinator at the Crystal Ballroom. Maria was amazing....she went above and beyond the entire night. Always had a smile on her face and her interaction was top notch. Thanks Maria for all your hard work, it didnt go unnoticed!!! As a wedding photographer and my wife is a wedding harpist in the Tampa Bay area, we have worked in numerous wedding venues and we are always very impressed with how beautiful the Crystal Ballroom decor is, and how friendly and professional their staff are. They are super organized, the set up is very beautiful, and food was also amazing. It was a joy to be a part of the last couple that had their wedding there and we can't wait to go back again. If you are looking for a wedding venue in the Tampa area, we recommend the Crystal Ballroom!
