Dr. Michael Mangino is a Paducah native who after graduating from St. Mary High School, attended Murray State University and the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. After several years of practicing in the greater Louisville and Cincinnati areas, Dr. Mangino decided it was time to return to his hometown of Paducah to serve the communities that originally inspired him to become a health care provider.

This was my first visit to Dr Mangino’s practice. I couldn’t be more pleased with my entire experience! Emily cleaned my teeth and did an amazing job. She never hurt me one time! My teeth look amazing! Thank you! Dr Mangino was extremely nice and explained what I needed to have done. He was very gentle when he examined me. I have no doubt that he will be just as gentle when I go back to replace a filling that needs to be replaced. His entire staff was so nice and accommodating! I just can’t say enough good things about them. I’m so happy that I chose Dr Mangino! I have found my new dental

I am so glad I chose Mangino! I have battled for years to get my front teeth fixed after a VERY bad dental experience. AND LET ME TELL YOU HOW COMFORTABLE THEY MADE ME! I was nervous for the first few minutes but they done everything in their power to make sure I was completely comfortable. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN A DIFFERENT DENTAL OFFICE. I highly recommend if you have dental fears or needs cosmetic work to choose Dr. Mangino! I can not think him and his staff enough!
