Services
The purpose of our home inspection is to provide you with the information you need to assist you in purchasing your home, selling your home, or simply making your home the best it can be. Most homes have conditions that require attention, and it's important to understand how serious those issues are before making any decisions!
Payments are due at or before the time of inspection/Audit. We accept check, cash and credit card (Visa and Master card). Please note that a 3% processing service fee will be applied to credit card transactions. If you would like to pay by card, you can do so in person at the appointment, or before, by letting our office know and we will email you a link to pay online.
You pay to heat and cool the air in your home. For every cubic foot of air that leaves the house through cracks and gaps (exfiltration), another cubic foot of air must enter (infiltration). When unconditioned outside air is pulled into the home, it can make the heating system work harder and introduce contaminated air from crawl spaces and basements.

My first point of contact when calling this business for a quote was Lyndsey. She was so kind and thorough. She answered all my questions and took time to help me understand the process and services their business offered. She emailed me all the info I would need for inspection day.

He spent 4 hours inspecting the house and later provided a very detailed report with tons of pictures so that I could make sense of the technical jargon. As a first time home buyer, I had

Just had a home inspection by Zach and I wanted to take the time to review his work and company. First, he spent more than 5 hours doing his inspection and then walked both my wife and I around the house to point out things I never would have noticed. He was EXTREMELY thorough and told it like it is. I felt super comfortable having him do our inspection. He was super prompt in delivering a very comprehensive inspection report, detailing his findings of the home. We definitely recommend using his company to give you a complete home inspection and the peace of mind that it was done right. Job well
