I have been going to this office for over 20 yrs now and will not go anywhere else i love all the staff there and have had nothing but good experiences with the DR's they are very compassionate and listen when u have a concern recommend them all the time to people when they ask if I know a good OBGYN.
I had the best service by far.very compassionate and caring and they listen to your concerns and I'm planning on getting surgery this coming monday and I know I'm in the best possible hands. This office has gone above & beyond any other providers I have experienced. They are knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate.

Front desk staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. Refused to bill my insurance correctly after confirming they accepted my insurance before I made the appointment. Talked down to me when I asked questions about billing. Lied about the insurance process on multiple occasions, and said they were not willing to work with my insurance through either avenue offered. Got treated so poorly that I was brought to tears, and then was told, “We’ll do it your way today so that you don’t get worked up” (my way being billing my insurance correctly.) The nurse practitioner was friendly and professional

After waiting for 2 hours in the waiting room past my appointment time I was roomed, 30 mins later Dr. Grant came in and did my pap I had other concerns and had waited for 6 months for this appointment. She spent 5 minutes with me didn’t really address any concerns or even bother to look at my chart, saying I probably have PCOS (when last year I was told I didn’t have pcos). Last year she was great and very thorough this year I was so upset I came out of there totally unsatisfied and in tears.

Unkind. Let them know I had a new insurance and they claimed that they accepted it. However, when it came time for my appointment they would not see me because they had gotten confused about the type of insurance it was.
I have been in pain for 3 weeks and all they could offer me was to go to urgent care or the emergency room so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket.
I signed a form stating that if insurance wouldn't cover that I would pay and they still would not see me.
I will not be returning here.

Dr Reuter delivered my first daughter by c section and it was such an incredible experience even though it wasn’t “traditional” labor.
I was really afraid of the spinal anesthetic and he literally held me as it was being put in, even though he was busy getting ready for the surgery. He made the entire day light hearted and fun, but as soon as it was “go time” he was fully focused on my daughter and making sure she got here safely. I can’t say enough wonderful things about all of the doctors at this practice.

No sense of urgency - reviewed ER tests and waited a week to determine needed to refer my mom to oncologist. Then sent referral to wrong place (which I had to sort out for my mom). I absolutely would not recommend Dr. Tyler nor his office if dealing with anything urgent and hoping to get any sort of decent communication.

Dr. Tyler has been the most compassionate doctor I have ever been fortunate enough to receive care from. I have had amazing care from everyone from the front office staff, to the nurses, medical assistants, ultrasound techs and the doctors. I am so thankful for everything the doctor and staff have done for me, and look forward to future care. I will continue to tell everyone about my positive experience and recommend Dr. Tyler and his staff to all of my friends and family.

Dr. Tyler is so amazing. I was super nervous at my first two appointments because I had never had an OBGYN before, but he’s so understanding and I can tell he cares by how he listens to my concerns and opinions. His professionalism is awesome, yet he still knows how to have a good laugh. I highly recommended him. So happy I am under his care!

I delivered my baby girl the other day via c section. I've been using this obgyn only for this pregnancy. I have had every doctor except dr. Tyler. He was the one delivering my dear baby girl. I highly recommend this obgyn. Everyone is super knowledgeable, and if they don't know the answer they don't hesitate to find it out for you. This was my first pregnancy, so I had so many questions. They never made me feel stupid for asking. Dr. Grant was amazingly calm during my version because baby was breech, as well as the other doctor whom I forgot her name. They worked sooooo well together

Do yourself a favor and find another office. The staff are miserable and unfriendly, the on call physician I had (for problems with medication) was completely devoid of any kind of empathy or compassion. My surgeon sent me home with a serious condition untreated, resulting in emergency surgery (with another group, thank God). If you value your health, don't go here.

I have been a patient with Spokane OBGYN for 8 years now. I have had three babies with them and just recently underwent an IUD procedure. Dr. Jason Rueter is an amazing physician and has never once made me feel uncomfortable. His colleagues are also great. If you’re looking for a female OB Dr. Grant is great choice. They also have a female nurse practitioner who is very knowledgeable and eager to provide you with a positive experience.

Would never go anywhere else! I came here when I was pregnant with my first child and received the best care, I have seen many of the doctors in the office and have been very pleased with them all. Dr. Schimmel delivered my daughter and made that experience as easy and comfortable as possible! I’m pregnant now and still love everyone as much as I did 3 years ago!

Dr. Tyler and his medical staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I have always felt that I am given the attention that I need and they never make me feel rushed or "put out" when I ask questions. The biggest complaint that I have is the obnoxious parking structure at the downtown office. The office doesn't validate parking so you have to pay for it out of pocket and the parking garage only takes cash. So obnoxious. But I would absolutely recommend Dr. Tyler to anyone looking for an OB/GYN in Spokane.

Only giving two stars because the doctors are great, other than that you never feel welcomed here because of the front desk ladies. If you come to them with a problem they'll just give you attitude as if it's not their job. Most times I've gone there I've heard them get off the phone with clients and continue to talk badly about them. Front desk is who you see first and the most and they give the worse service. If they weren't there or were NICER I think I'd actually look forward to my visits. Other than that I wouldn't recommend going here. Northwest OB is in
