We wanted to give a new company a chance and at first we were really excited. This guy worked for a "pool company" for 14 years, at least that's what he told us. But the fact is he was a pool salesman and ours was his first pool to actually build. So what could go wrong? Just about everything!!! Terrible communication, poor supervision, non-existent project management, awful workmanship and quality and now a total "ghosting" by Arcadia. From cement work, installation done incorrectly to just not even cleaning up, this has been the worst contractor we've ever used
