PLEASE READ ALL! If I could give a negative review, I WOULD! Save your time and find some place else. Yes the initial visit was very nice, but after it turned into an absolute DENTAL NIGHTMARE! First of all they left two holes in the left side of my mouth with no explanation.. I asked after doing the work when they would recommend I could eat again and they said after 30 minutes or when the numbing went away. So I did so just to be in tremendous amounts of pain, now this was a month ago I had the work done and it hurts 100 times worse then before they did the work. Second issue, is they wrongfully

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would! I made an appointment with them solely to have my wisdom teeth removed and also because they take my insurance. I sent all the necessary documents needed in order for them to book me such as a referral from another dentist and my x rays so that they can ask their oral doctor if they are able to take me as a patient! Booking the appointment went smoothly and they told me they are able to take me. This office is a RIP OFF. CON ARTISTS. I have full dental insurance coverage, yet when I walked in they charged me a $5 copay. Then all I needed was a cleaning, they charged me an additional $90 saying I have to what my insurance didn't pay. Next week when I checked my insurance, they said there are NO CO PAYS, and cleanings are fully covered. Had my insurance call them - they told them I had a debrightening cleaning and that's what I paid for. This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in the computers didn't work in order for me to check in, waited 40 minutes, lady started doing a cleaning then asked me to do x-rays first. After getting x-rays done, apparently the lady had no more time to do my cleaning and they told me new patients typically don't get cleanings the day of. It was dirty.

Brought my father in due to extreme tooth ache. Nalina at the front desk, doctor and staff are amazing. They were extremely thorough with dad and came up with a brilliant phased treatment plan to eliminate his current pain and fix all his other dental issues. I'm so happy I brought my dad here as I know he is in good hands. Do not go to this place! My mom went in to get an implant.. she waited for about a half hour and the staff isn't very friendly and she felt rushed.. they made her pay ahead of time $4,000.00 and still she has not gotten anything done. She calls with no response ever! She went in for one thing and they were insisting that she needed new bone in her mouth which costs another $3,800.00. She can't afford that! Why didn't they tell her that in the beginning??? They now have her $4,000.00 and she got nothing. They won't answer.. she is trying to fight it and the insurance company

I made an appointment with the orthodontist 3 weeks ago. They texted me yesterday and called twice to confirm. Thirty minutes before the appointment, they called to cancel because they no longer have an orthodontist in the office. How could they not know this when they initially made the appointment. First time nervous dental patient - everyone from the desk to the dentist and techs were professional - calm - just what I needed - they explained every step - no surprises!!!! Great experience! After a long time with no dental visits (years) the cleaning was deep and no pain. I do t know what else anyone would expect of a dentist - perfect!. Highly recommend this office!

I would not recommend ever going to this place the Dentist- barely knew English he tried to work on me with no staff to help he ruined my teeth I had to go for second consult I went in for a root canal and he ruined the whole tooth causing me to have to get an implant never ever go to this place it's like a chop shop worst place ever

Came here a few days ago with my month-and-a-half old baby. They made me wait for an hour and 30 minutes while other patients came and went! Then, took another 45 minutes to take the x-ray's and give me my results. Finally, they tried to up-sell me on a premium cleaning, not covered by my insurance. I told them no as it is not covered by my insurance. Then they lied to me and said insurance would cover it (yes, I checked with my insurance company). They would not take no for an answer, and continued to pressure me for 15 minutes! That's when my baby started crying for a feeding

I'm 58 & I've been coming to Polo Dental for almost 3 years. I cannot understand the bad reviews on here, must be a fluke or just plain mean people that have some sort of pleasure out of posting negative because I have to say that for me Dr Broggi and Carla have been EXCELLENT. Both of them REALLY care about their services and personal touch. the receptionists are very friendly & considerate. They always have big smiles and are welcoming. I had an issue with a sensitive tooth and a couple of "fancy dentists" recommended by friends wanted immediately to pull my tooth

I went to this dentist office on a whim because I really wanted to get my teeth cleaned after receiving insurance, I haven't had it in a while. I was SUPER excited. My first visit there they were EXTREMELY disorganized, I went in for a cleaning and by the time they got their act together I was informed I WOULD NOT be receiving my cleaning and had to reschedule and that I also had 2 little cavities. Upon check out I scheduled for that Friday and was told it would cost me $120 OUT OF POCKET. My insurance only covered like $10

I've visited Polo Dental several times and had several procedures done.
My teeth were in pretty bad shape and I needed a top and bottom partial. To do both the top and bottom was more than I could afford. The dentist took the time to figure an alternative process to get my teeth fixed and begin the partials. A couple fillings and he was able to make a top partial and we are now working on the bottom teeth to get them ready for a partial.
The front staff is always friendly and professional. They worked with my insurance to get me the lowest co-pays possible.
