I was coming to Dental ville Service is ok., but when I notice I was getting appointments every 2 months cause of a filler that the dentist didn’t do it right And I pay $300 so I did have to come cause it was bothering me so this time she said we have to do a bridge on me so this time was going to be $500 and I was like whattt!! And O have insurance so what was the benefit of having insurance so What I did I whent to another dentist he repair everything this dentist did wrong and besides I didn’t pay a penny the thing is that is company charge you and charge the insurance else and we don’t

I don't understand why they have an appointment system. I came yesterday to see an orthodontist @10am, I waited 40 mins, I was impatient because I had work @12. Before making the appointment I was told that it would take 20mins for them to see me and evaluate. But I had no paperwork to take care of so I was ready to get checked; I was told the Dr was running late, so I wanted to reschedule the appointment since my job is 40mins away sometimes with or without traffic the time arrival varies, and I didn't want to risk being late. So, I told the nice individual in the front that I would like to reschedule
