I had an issue on a Sunday that couldn't wait until Monday. I called and scheduled an appointment for that day. They told me the rates and said that the techs were on another call and would call me when they were coming. A tech called me shortly after to let me know when he'd be there. He called a while later to let me know he'd be later because of the job he was currently on. When they showed up, they were very professional and got the job done quickly. I highly recommend Herman's to anyone in the Grand Island area. They do great work and have great communication!

We bought our home in 2005. We had a bathroom added in the basement and while Dwayne was doing that we had him put sump pumps in our 2 pits and plumb them to the outside. This was based upon his advice. Well, those pits have remained dry until 05/24/2020. On 05/24/2020 I heard this little humming sound coming from the basement. The pumps had kicked on just like they were supposed to and the outdoor piping was getting rid of the water to the storm sewer as Dwayne designed it to. Thank you!

Moved to Grand Island Nebraska about 4 months ago. Purchased a nice older home. Had a older toilet and it started leaking into my basement. I was worried. Called Herman's. Larry showed up early, was extremely professional and cool. He not only got my new toilet in with no issue, he also answered a few other questions and showed me some things about my underground sprinkler system. I will definitely call Herman's again if I have plumbing issues!

Fantastic! Was having a problem with a leaky waste line for my washer, and when I got a good look at it found the whole cast iron mess was cracked. They sent a plumber and assistant over within a few days who were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and put up with all my questions even as he worked. Great guy, great business, comes highly recommended.
