AVOID AT ALL COST
We called Active Cleaning in regards to an ad we saw online for cleaning services. The lady on the phone, who was the owner Kaci, was nice as could be. She ran down a list of what I needed cleaned (kitchen, stove, fridge, bathrooms, base boards, ceiling fans, baseboards, small foyer by front door) and agreed to have a cleaning crew arrive at 3:30pm on Tuesday 6-30. I arrived early to allow them access to the property. No one showed. I called and asked for an ETA. I was told “I’ll call you right back” and they still didn’t call back.
Finally after reaching out thrice
