Cedarstream's screen printing facility has 8 automatic machines, 1 DS-4000, 5 dryers, 2 direct- to-screen printers, and 25 Embroidery heads.

Cedarstream's customer service is excellent! I coach in different youth sports leagues and recently needed uniforms on the fly. They expedited the process to make sure I got the uniforms on time and they did it with a great attitude which is usually indicative of the type of vendor that you want to continue to do business with. I personally deal with Jenny and she has done a great job for me.

We had a great first experience with Cedarstream! We worked primarily with Leighanne, who was extremely helpful. We had an idea of what we were looking for but she did a great job with suggestions she thought would work for our needs and her advice was right on. Some of the items we went with we hadn't even considered but ended up being our favorite purchases. Good quality, good style and great service! We look forward to working with Cedarstream in the near future!

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience working with Cedarstream. Since they were recommended, I went ahead and paid in advance for a batch of t-shirts (because our non-profit organization was a new customer, they said we needed to pay in advance). After paying for the order, we were able to work with them to design our t-shirts. It took a couple iterations before we were able to finalize a design that we approved. We then received t-shirts that were a different color than what we approved in the finalized design. The only way Cedarstream offered to rectify the situation was for us

Update to my Review, Just got a Call from a Jenny Burch at Cedarstream to find out about my Review on Google, She and I Talked about my Order and everything and she is going to take care of it and Personally and Ship my Missing Shirts on my Order to me at No Cost to me for Shipping so I will not have to go pick them up so I will be Giving them 5 Stars because of Jenny Burch being so Fast at taking Care of this, This is Great Customer Service and as I said they really Do Good Work, My Shirts came out Great, Thanks for the Help and for the Shirts and I look forward to doing Business again soon, Johnny

This company is AWESOME! We ordered t-shirts and sweatshirts for the fundraiser we had to support my cause. I have Multiple Sclerosis and am now going through a stem cell transplant in hopes of halting the disease right in its tracks! My husband and I need all of the support we can get. It was incredibly refreshing to have a company care about your cause, and do everything in their power to make sure we received what we ordered in time for the event. We dealt with another company that didn't show the compassion that Cedarstream did. Also, we ordered the shirts on a Tuesday and received them

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I manage an 8u travel ball team, dropped off vest to be screen printed with our logo on front breast, they printed on the bottom. We have a signed proof of exactly where it should be. They REFUSE to make it right, so now our little boys are out $392 of their hard earned money!!
