I hope to never deal with Dale Jervis & Carolina Ayala who works for him again. My fiance and I had to move due to Carolina's lack of managing, professionalism & respect for us an tenants, she was nothing but condescending in every way regarding our tenancy and even came to my work to ask why I was angry when I was asking for my deposit. Dale Jervis clearly does not care for his own property and tenants. Feel free to check out his yelp for more and from others.
