Dr. James Wooten, a lifetime Parker County resident, is a retired veteran of the United States Navy. After retiring from the Navy, Doctor Wooten went to school at Weatherford College where he became a licensed Paramedic. Dr. Wooten served as a Paramedic in Parker County for 10 years. After discovering his passion of caring for and helping others he decided to go back to school for Chiropractic Health.
If you are experiencing pain, we want to help! Oftentimes, people do not seek treatment for pain until it interferes with their daily life. At Total Care Chiropractic, we are dedicated to helping our patients regain pain-free lives. Our doctors recommend that you seek treatment at the onset of symptoms, so that they do not progress to a point that they hinder your normal activities.
We want to see all our patients attain and maintain a level of wellness care. This is when your body is fully healed and only needing maintenance adjustments. It is still recommended to come in for periodic adjustments to keep things running smoothly. This requires a quick visit 1-4 times per month based on your lifestyle and goals.

The billing department here is incompetent. They don’t know how to bill insurance correctly. Now one of there creditors sent me something for 188 dollars give me a break how petty. Would not recommend unprofessional need to re-evaluate there finance department.

Best Doctor in the State of Texas. After 6 years of limited mobility I found out it was a locked pelvis. Dr Wooten has restored my life in a matter of 3 visits .
