Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask for some screening questions. You'll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office and we will take your temperature as well. Please arrive early and wait in your car until Cindy or Janna call or text to invite you in for your appointment.
At Greenwood Dental, we understand the value of your time. That is why we conveniently provide online patient forms. Save time by completing our patient forms when it is most convenient for you and submit them electronically to our office. Or, if you'd rather, simply bring them with you to your appointment.

The front desk staff (Cindy/Janna/Tiffany) makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Staff is helpful and upfront with all costs and services provided. Everything was on time and is an extremely professionally run office.
Dr. Jillian Samela takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice. She is extremely passionate about making you feel comfortable and at ease.

Would not recommend. They will not hesitate to overcharge for services without filing claims with your insurance and won't even wait for their copy of your EOB or for insurance to process claims (that they won't even submit) to hsrass you for potentially inaccurate payment amounts. They also have no issue with lying. They claimed to have full conversations with my husband about his account but my number is the contact number for my whole family since I used to work in insurance and dental. Service is decent, but the office is unethical.

I HIGHLY recommend Greenwood Dental Smiles. The office has the friendliest front office staff, skilled hygienists (shoutout to Paige!!) and assistants, and Dr. Samela and Dr. Diekhoff are some of the best dentists I’ve ever seen. I’ve never had a bad experience and don’t dread going to the dentist. They’ll take care of you and your teeth! 😁

I have been going here since I was a child. Dr. Mark and his staff have always been amazing. My last visit did not disappoint. Everyone was kind, helpful, attentive and calm. Honestly, I won't go anywhere else. As it is, I drive almost an hour and a half just to see my dentist, I no longer have insurance but I pay for this. Plus fuel! They treat me like family, and they take good care of me, teeth and all. A++ service!!! I HIGHLY recommend!
