The moisture survey utilizes the Troxler Model #3216 moisture gauge, Tramex "Leak Seeker" induction gauge, Delmhorst capacitance meter, and physical core samples.

After identifying the entrapped moisture our inspectors continue the process by documenting all of the likely leak sources, deteriorated flashings, and other necessary maintenance requirements.
