Everyone was very professional and did their best to accommodate any requests we had. They can in to fix a leaky kitchen sink and ended up helping us with 2 faucets, our tub, and a toilet handle. April and Nick were awesome! We called with tankless water heater problem and they came out promptly and fixed it.

Staggs Plumbing replaced my daughter's leaking water heater and did a fine job, with high quality materials, at a fair price. The job was scheduled and done the day I contacted them. The old cold water supply shut-off would not fully close and they took care of that problem, also. The old overflow pan you can see in the photo is ugly but sound; it just needed a bit of sealant on the exit fitting so we decided I'd do that myself, saving some money and avoiding putting the pan in the trash. We were trying to sell our house and had to fix our foundation which caused a slab leak and our hot water heater to go out. Staggs Came in and got it fixed within a week and even gave us a discount for the labor on the hot water. They were super great and easy to work with the whole time. They were able to fit us in same-day and even called us when they had an earlier opening than originally thought. The guys were so polite, so professional & so honest.
We had an upstairs toilet that was leaking so they guys checked it out, were thorough & then gave us our options with their suggestions. They ran all the tests, diagnostics & such and found the issue. We were wondering if replacing the toilet would help & they honestly told us they didn't think that had anything to do with it, which was so honest & helpful!

We can't thank these guys enough. We had a pipe burst today thanks to the snow, and they came out after their busy day should have been over to cap it and get our water back on. After researching local plumbers, I contacted Staggs to get an estimate for a home project. When the technicians arrived they were very nice and knowledgeable but after giving me an estimate they charged me a $59 service fee that would be credited to me if I used their service (Note: the website advertises FREE estimates). I called their office and was informed that the estimate was free but service fee was for them driving to my house which makes it not a free estimate.

This is a family owned and operated company that provides quality work and exceptional customer service. They were polite, professional, and efficient. I called because I needed a new dishwasher installed and it required new pipes and hoses. April (office manager/dispatch?) was very kind and helpful and scheduled an appointment for me. Matt and Juan came out first thing the next morning and took care of everything I needed and were even kind enough to look at some other work that I wanted done. They are very knowledgeable and affordable. They clean up after themselves and wear booties

Pathetic unprofessional service. Asked for a quote on very simple items and after visiting my house to look at each one I received the most laughable quote I have ever seen. They actually charge $275 to install a simple sink faucet that the customer provides. I asked how they calculate the $275 because I know that takes about 20 min which implies an hourly rate of $825 and they dodged the question and said "we charge by the job". Wow just wow. My AC line was backing up in master sink. They came in and did the job the same day I called. Very responsive would recommend. Can't comment on pricing because I did not shop around for estimates. I probably could have gotten a cheaper deal if shopping around but wanted the issue dealt with promptly.

We had an issue that required us to shut off the main water on Sunday night. Staggs was the first company open (7am) on Monday and despite being fully scheduled, was able to get a team to our house within hours. They were very professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend their services for emergencies or non-emergencies alike.

The gas company needed us to get a plumber at short notice, after calling 6 supposedly emergency companies, Staffs was the only one who really made an effort. From the call center person to the technician they were responsive to our needs, speedy and very professional. They will be our gobto plumbing company in the future.

We did a full sewer line renovation. They did an excellent job and made sure to let us know when our water would be off. It only took a week to reroute all our drain lines. They also offer financing which was helpful. Highly recommend!

Prompt, professional and PRICEY. CALL AROUND AND ASK ABOUT PRICING AT SEVERAL PLACES BEFORE YOU ASK STAGG TO SHOW UP TO YOUR HOUSE. I had a clogged toilet and they came out the next day. The workers were professional and did a good job. They were open about pricing before they started working. They charged $225 to snake the line from the toilet itself and $375 to reset and reseal the toilet. I paid $600 total. I knew before hand the cost but know you can get this work done much cheaper. They sent 3 guys and I wonder if I was paying for labor on all 3. My regular guy was too booked up to get here
