Absolutely horrible experience with Tom Heller's appraisal service. He undervalued our home by $11,000 under the selling price and refused to consider other legitimate comps. He is pompous and unprofessional.
Highly recommend that you add him to your appraiser exclusion list.

We bought our home after a long search with this agency. This was our first home, and Sherri Heller did a great job of hand holding, answering questions, and being there for us. She was able to educate us on the whole home buying experience. I would recommend her and this agency to anyone.

Tom Heller (owner) of Gold Key sold us our house when we were in a difficult situation and needed a place to live. He claimed he was doing us a favor and actually talked us out of getting a home inspection. We found out not even a month after moving in to our new home (which Tom doubled his profit on) that there had been a fire in our attic and there was a severe leak in our master bathroom's plumbing. All of the "improvements" that were made to the house in order for Tom to flip the house were of the lowest quality and are basically falling apart. Tom and Gold Key took advantage of us and all
