If the work done is significantly different from the proof supplied to you, or when receiving your order there was a defective garment(s), we will return the order as a full refund as long as it is under two weeks from the day you receive it.

We are so lucky to have found Maria at Ink It Up. She has been amazing, professional and responsive. Despite Covid, she has been able to deliver our gear in a timely fashion. Maria has been a pleasure to work with and everything has been correctly printed and embroidered. She has gone above and beyond for us and we really appreciate it

I would give them no stars if I could. I was in touch with them asking for baseball tournament shirts. They assured me they would have it done and 2 days before I was supposed to pick them up they told me they were never ordered. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ink It Up is amazing! Owners, Maria and Nick, and the rest of the staff, are a pleasure to work with. Everyone loved the t-shirts they made. The printing was perfect, the t-shirts recommended were super soft, and they were ready much faster than expected. It is definitely THE place to go for printing t-shirts, sweatshirts or whatever you need. I love shopping locally and supporting our community businesses. I will be back soon! I had ordered work shirts and sweatshirts to be silk screened right as the Pandemic hit the US. As soon as the Staff at Ink It Up got back to work my order was delivered to my house! The items they made turned out awesome! I am SO HAPPY I switched my uniform company! Marie and herb stafff really did a great job! I cannot say enough good things about them!!!! 10 thumbs up to Ink It Up!!!!!!!!!!!

I contacted Ink It Up in May 2020 to have "thank you" t-shirts for nurses in a nearby health care facility. After spending a fortune on PPE, the facility had a tight budget but wanted to honor their dedicated staff for working around the clock to keep their residents safe and healthy.
Rick and Nick helped me put together an order for t-shirts that stayed within our budget. I am sure no profit was made by them and they did this out of a gesture of kindness. We are so appreciative and so was the staff!

Nice local shop. They were very helpful to me, in designing and printing up a bunch of custom shirts for a family event, all done on short notice. Ashley was lovely and very helpful. Rich also very pleasant and quickly understood what I wanted. The shirts - just their basic t-shirt - were good quality. I've ordered custom shirts before, like from online sources, and the fabric was so thin you could see thru it. These were good quality. I really appreciated how thoughtful they were and would certainly do business with them again.

Let's start off with that 13 out of 50 prints were printed on an angle leading me to believe whoever works at Ink it Up is cockide.... second the manager Ashley is completely rude and did nothing to fix mistake and ignored all my emails... places like this eventually get swallowed by internet companies .... And the owner Rich is absent and useless like is business
