Marcy, and the team at A&M Heating and Cooling went above and beyond to get my Air Conditioning system replaced in a timely manner when we desperately needed it with 2 very young children at home during a heat wave. Marcy was a joy to work with from beginning to the end and even when I needed some additional paperwork for my home warranty.

I cannot say enough good things about A & M Heating & Cooling Service. Not only is the customer service impeccable, top notch and not only do they pick up their phone but they respond to voicemails just about immediately.

But just like a restaurant the service doesn't matter so much as the food and their food rocks. The AC they replaced (for a fraction of what another service wanted) is running better now that it ever has in our 8 years of living here. Professional, punctual and reliable -- you can't ask for a better HVAC experience than A & M!

Was very happy with everything! 10 out of 10! Marci, AL and the service technician were great. I had a new draft inducer and whole home humidifier installed. I have used ABC heating in the past and A&M’s pricing is more reasonable. They are licensed, bonded, and insured. Also, did a nice job cleaning up. Will be my top choice for any future heating & cooling needs. Very nice people and honest family business. Thanks again!

We have literally been using A & M Heating & Cooling for 35 years. Al serviced our home on the North side of Chicago for many years and when we moved to the suburbs in 1992, we relied on his expertise in our first suburban property as well as the home we currently reside in. A & M is family owned, you always get someone on the phone immediately, personnel could not be more professional and when they do a job for you, know that their prices are fair and

Very good service .
Had to call A&M after ABC broke thermostat and said they could not do anything until tomorrow afternoon. Because there office is closed and there tech did not know what he was doing . Louise from A&M came and was very professional and kind and fixed the problem quickly . Will highly recommend A&M to everyone I know

I've worked with A&M in two of my homes' boiler maintenance - one a single family home and the other 6 unit condo building. In both cases I've been super pleased with their service, reliability and prices. I feel taken care of when I call them, and I know the work will be done well and I'll be quoted a fair price for work that needs to happen! A rarity these days. Al and his team is really knowledgeable. Marci is so helpful on the phone, and has amazing customer service skills.

I called A & M Heating & Cooling Service around 2pm yesterday afternoon after discovering that the air conditioning unit in my River North condo was spitting water out the side onto the floor.

I was a little concerned I might not be able to have my unit serviced the same day due to how late in the day it already was. Those concerns were quickly answered as I was told that "Herman" would be diverted and would be to my place no later than for to assess my issue.

Herman showed up around 3, found my problem, fixed it, gave me a few tips to avoid the problem in the future and was

I have been dealing with A&M Heating and Cooling in two homes I have owned in Chicago over the past 14 years. One was a 2,300 rsf condo in River North and the other is single family home in Logan Square. I have had the privilege of working with Luis and Herman on site on numerous occasions for my Rheem gas heaters, Water Heaters, Humidifiers and Condensers. They are extremely knowledgeable and courteous, they show up on time and get the job done. In fact, they were just here yesterday and fixed my water heater, checked all filters, and serviced my 2 heaters.

We have been using A & M for over 10 years to service the two air conditioning and furnace systems in our home. We have had almost all of the A & M staff in our home over the decade plus: Al, the owner and the technical guys-- Leo, Luis and Andy. They have seen us through routine maintenance, troubleshooting and replacements.

We have yet to have a bad experience (not that we are complaining!). What we particularly appreciate about A & M:

8/8/12 - My update is just a response to the comment from the business. My review contained facts. If a technician is not aware if something may or may not still be under warranty- than I feel the ethical thing to do is say they are not sure rather than telling a customer something is not under warranty. At the end of the day, we all have different struggles and situations-And what is important is that when you do business with someone you want to feel like you were treated fairly and respectfully- in this case I did not feel like I was.
