I've been taking all of my animals here for years and recently I became a guinea pig owner. one of my guinea pigs is breathing really hard and I called all the emergency vets and exotic vets in Reno and Carson city no one could get her in. I called lahontan valley and begged for someone to please just see her and prescribe an antibiotic if she has… a URI as it can be fatal in 48 hours if left untreated. and I didnt want her to die. I was told no. I understand that they do not specialize in Guinea pigs but one of them would know more than I do and has the ability to prescribe the medication

The young lady who saw Pete and did his surgery was kind, not just to him but to us and our other furbaby. Pete did beautifully and he is A-Ok now. We can highly recommend this veterinarian and her office.

I love and appreciate the vets & staff at Lahontan Valley Vet Clinic in Fallon, Nv. I called on them to help Precious & Yetti cross over Rainbow bridge. Their compassion and understanding and concern was fantastic. But even more wonderful was the care my babies received during routine and emergency visits. I don't have one single little complaint about LVVC. I whole heartedly without reservation recommend LVVC.

Dr. Danye was friendly and efficient. Her assistant Bliss was too. They got right to business vaccinating, worming and trimming feet on my cows. I would recommend them!

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Office is run like the Soupnazi owns it. Not a place to go if you expect compassion.

The doctor took great care of my dachshund, who had his first symptom of inflammation on his spine, which dachshund are known for. He was in a lot of pain, they relieved his pain and addressed the issue and my boy is happy and feeling great now. Many thanx to the doctor and staff.

Our dearly loved pet died from what might have been a fast-moving but treatable disease because Dr. Whitaker did not perform a complete physical exam and did not ask us about her past lab results when he first saw her, even though she was in obvious distress and struggling to breathe. She suffered horribly, and bravely, for a week – losing the ability to eat and drink and walk – before he realized she was severely anemic. Even then he did not seem to understand how very ill our little pet was. He told us, now that treatment had started, we might see her really turn around in the next day or

Dr Ennis took such good care of my Allove she had a mass on her belly and she was able to get all of it! The staff there are all kind and friendly! Thank you for taking such good care of my little girl!

Dr. Dani Ennis did a country call for me with a bloated calf. Incredible service, the staff was so helpful booking an emergency appointment and I cannot say enough great things about that young woman! She is gritty in the best way, kind, patient, and knowledgeable!

Most caring team of people I've ever encountered in a veterinary clinic. I live 40 minutes from them but I would drive 4 hours to see them.

Horrible service. We have paid over $500 for absolutely nothing, we got wrong test results TWO TIMES for our goats, and when we went sent them back for them to correct, they didn’t do so. They act like they really just do not care about animals, and if that is so, then they are clearly in the wrong line of work.
