Most days you can find me in sweat pants with messy hair working from bed as my two-year-old daughter and golden doodle run around our cozy plant-filled home. It's nice to meet you! Along with being a wedding and lifestyle photographer, I'm also a wife and a mother. When I'm not working, I love to be outdoors and on little adventures with my family.
These three words sum up my style and approach to wedding photography. With every image I take, I try to capture the real moments of love you have for one another throughout the day, so that you can be reminded of those feelings throughout the rest of your life together. Amber's photography is only matched by her effort she puts into her work.
The engagement is really where the wedding begins. From the moment you get engaged, it is sometimes hard to think about anything but your up-coming wedding. Those months, weeks and days are some of the most exciting and memorable of your life. It's great to have photos that remind you of this time and how it all began.
Your wedding day is just the start of your family's photography journey. And my favorite part of being a photographer is continuing to capture my client's lives as their relationships and families continue to grow. Amber did our family pictures late last year and we were completely blown away by them!

Amber came highly recommended from my wedding planner and she did not disappoint! My husband and I had a "micro" wedding at the Santa Barbara Courthouse and Amber perfectly captured the entire day, from getting ready to the small reception to follow.
I had vocalized that our biggest concern was looking awkward in front of the camera and Amber reassured me that she would make sure we were comfortable and on the day of us she made us feel so at ease and confident.
The photos are absolutely stunning and we are so happy we chose to work with Amber and her partner on our special day.

Amber is such a joy to work with! Not only is she a wonderful photographer but she makes the whole day so much fun! You feel like you’ve been friends with Amber for years after knowing her a few minutes. As a wedding planner, I’ve worked with her on shoots and weddings and am always looking forward to the next time I can see her and create something fun together. Amber has taken our family photos for the past 8 years and each time has been such a joy to work with. She makes being in front of the camera for those of us who aren’t fans of getting photographed easy and painless. She’s funny and has an eye for capturing moments we are able to have for many many years. I would recommend her for not only family photos but also engagement and wedding photos. Amber is a talented, professional photographer who really knows how to capture the highlights of the big day. Amber is amazing at what she does. She took our engagement and holiday photos, and will also take our wedding photos. Her work is impeccable, she is so talented and most importantly you can tell she loves her job.
