Extremely poor workmanship, unresponsive and once they sell you a house, they simply don’t care anymore. Upon complaining about issues that should be covered under warranty, they’d either not respond or will try to delay as much as they could and most likely won’t fix it. Do yourself a favor done let them steal your hard earned money. I would NEVER buy a Riverside Home again.

Buyers beware! For being local builders they have zero care for the local people in the community. They are greedy and have no care for you as customers. Don’t be bullied by these monsters. Do your research and read between the lines. They con people by advertising their included options and later come back with the, “Oops that was a typo and that is not included”. Again no care for their customers.
