This agency was formed under the guiding principle of uncompromising personalised quality care which has earned us two consecutive years as top homecare agency in the U.S.
All services for persons who are Medicare beneficiaries will be 100% covered under the Medicare Program. This means that there is NO OUT OF POCKET COST to YOU or YOUR FAMILY, if all the required Medicare conditions to qualify, as stated above are satisfactorily met. Foreign speaking patients and patients with limited English proficiency will be offered a Translator at No Cost to the patient.

First Care Integrated Health Services Inc employs the services of Independent Dietary Consultants to assist patients with nutritional concerns, improve their overall health through nutritional programs. Our Dietary Consultants will work with the patient / family and the agency case managers to develop a health strategy with recommendation from the primary care physician.
