Pennsylvania workers' compensation laws are intended to serve as a support system for injured workers, covering medical expenses and a portion of lost wages. But if your claim has been denied or you have been told to return to work before you feel able, you may feel abandoned, not supported. At Cullen Legal in Bristol, we know how frustrating it can be to get the workers' compensation benefits you deserve.

Attorney Robert L. Cullen, a Specialist in workers' compensation law*, provides personalized guidance to injured and ill workers, helping them maximize their benefits and minimize their frustration. If your initial application for Social Security Disability benefits was rejected, you only have 60 days to request a hearing.
Services
Workers' compensation and Social Security Disability (SSDI) claims and appeals are highly specific areas of law. Workers' compensation law is unique to each state. Social Security Disability is a mountain of paperwork covered in an ocean of regulations. Attorney Robert L. Cullen began his legal career in 1994 as a Philadelphia attorney defending insurance companies against workers' compensation claims.
At Cullen Legal, we understand that you have many questions about your workers' compensation claim - the process can be very complicated. We are here to provide answers to your questions and attention to your concerns. To schedule an initial consultation, contact our Bristol, Pennsylvania, workers' comp lawyer online or call 267-812-5870.
Pennsylvania workers' compensation insurance was created to protect individuals who are injured while performing work duties or who develop a work-related illness. Your employer's workers' compensation insurance covers a wide range of injuries no matter who is at fault. Unfortunately, collecting the amount of workers' compensation you deserve is not always as easy as submitting a claim and getting paid.
Workers' compensation claims are commonly associated with construction jobs, industrial work and other roles that involve heavy lifting and manual labor. In fact, injuries on the job can and do occur in all types of workplace environments. These injuries can be complicated and debilitating. Some have permanent consequences.
Social Security Disability (SSD) provides assistance to individuals who are afflicted with a physical illness or mental condition that prevents them from working. Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) pays benefits to you and certain members of your family if you are "insured, " meaning you have worked long enough and have paid Social Security taxes.

Mr. Cullen assisted my boyfriend with answering questions about social security and social security disability. He always picks up the phone or quickly returns the call. I would highly recommend Mr. Cullen. Every attorney should be like Mr. Cullen. This should be the standard unfortunately it is not. This is the guy for you.

Bob Cullen has been a blessing and a wealth of great information who has helped me navigate the tricky world of SSDI benefits! He has always been available to speak with, even at 4pm on a Friday! That's the kind of dedication that I know I can trust 100% to fight for me and I'm happy to have had the opportunity to work with such a great representative. Thanks so much for all your help, Bob!!!

Robert Cullen and his team of experts got my case settled and it was a pleasure working with him. I would always recommend his law firm to anyone who needs a Worker's Comp lawyer and SSD/SSI lawyer. Robert or Bob as he likes to be called has always either answered his phone or has called me back with a few hours of leaving a message. I am happy with everything he helped and still is helping me with!!!

Bob Cullen takes the time to listen and evaluate your case. His office is located in the same building where a judge will hear your case. Very convenient!
During a time when I was having trouble making sound decisions, Bob created the path for my WC hearing and my employer was charged with the request to mediate my case.
I have degenerative disc disease in my lower back and neck. My initial claim was denied by social security.
Bob took over my SSD application process, got me a hearing with Administrative Law Judge. And won my case on the spot!
Do not try to go it alone! Bob has the experience
