Just step through the doors of Children's Dentistry of Chattanooga and it isn't hard to see why we are like the Disney World of Pediatric Dentistry! Both kids and parents alike love that they can count on having a premier dental experience at each visit with the best in comfortable, modern, preventive dentistry that keeps young smiles strong and healthy.
We take serving our community seriously - we've been doing it for decades - and go out of our way to treat every child just the way we would our own. But what makes our Chattanooga pediatric dental practice really special is the positive, fun experiences and comfortable interactions families have with our team.

Marveling at the G-scale Gardner Chattanooga choo choo that travels nine feet above our office, wandering through tunnels and over replicas of our very own Market and Walnut street bridges. In fact, kids love our environment so much, they sometimes ask their parents to hurry up and schedule the next visit.
From the moment kids are born to the moment they wave goodbye and head out on their own, parents work hard to take care of, protect, and nurture their children. We've got kids too and know what it's like. That's why Dr. Clay Goins and his team at Children's Dentistry of Chattanooga offer a pediatric practice that's brilliantly designed for both kids and parents.
Our patients and our team LOVE Dr. Clay and it's easy to see why. He's kind, gentle, caring, funny, passionate about helping kids and understands how to communicate with them (and parents) to ensure everyone has a positive dental experience, every visit. It makes sense that he's been voted the "Best of the Best" pediatric dentist by Chattanoogans for several years.
Lots of dentists see kids. And while it may seem more convenient to take your kids to the dentist you see yourself, you should check out our office first! General, family, and cosmetic dentists don't have the benefit of specialty training for 2-3 years in a residency beyond dental school. And this leaves them without skills to deal with children or those with special needs.
Having a person with special needs in your life is both a joy and a challenge. Of course we think all kids are special, and of course, all kids can be a challenge, but if you are the parent of a child with disabilities or health issues, you know just what we mean when we say we think your child is extra special.

We have been taking our daughters to Dr. Walker for years. Dr. Walker and his staff are some of the kindest and most gentle people that we have ever encountered in an office setting and they make kids feel very comfortable. The office is beautiful and we always see kids that don't want to leave, which is not something you usually see at a dentist office! The kids really enjoy the video games and the awesome aquarium in the middle of the room. Give their office a try.

Dr. Walker told us our daughter needed every molar filled. SInce she was so young the procedure would have to be done in the hospital and she would have to be under anesthesia. We scheduled the procedure but in the meantime our insurance changed and we had to go to a new dentist. After the initial visit with the new dentist we discovered that our daughter didn't have ANY cavities at all. Don't be fooled by the beautiful office and warm smiles. Dr. Walker is a crook! He also refused to release our x-rays.
