This gym has seriously change my life. Something about this place always has me leaving in a better mood, and I can't just say this about any gym. The motivating atmosphere, quality equipment, & exceptional staff have all come together to create the best gym I've ever been to. It's definitely a place I will miss when I head back to college for the year because no other gym even compares. This gym always has me wanting to come back for more. Great job Michelle, Rob, & Coop's staff!

If you take fitness seriously, this is the gym for you. There is enough equipment that even on the busiest day you will be able to get a thorough workout in with very little wait, if any.
I was beyond impressed by this place. Loud energetic music, unlimited equipment and all of the amenities you could ask for! New favorite!

Best gym in Tri city area. Outstanding quality and variety of equipment for the price. Facility is kept meticulously clean. Machines are rarely out of service, and if they are I've seen the owner make repairs. The environment is fantastic for anyone looking to push themselves to improve. I respect them for staying open despite unnecessary harassment from government authorities. Our physical and mental health MATTERS, thank you Rob and Michelle for sticking up for your members.

I only just started working out everyday here a week ago, and my experience has been awesome. The owner & co-owner have my full support. They’ve provided their gym members with a place to CHOOSE if they want to wear a mask or not. I love having a choice. It’s beautiful.
Things are kept so clean, (cleaner than any gym I’ve seen) and I constantly see people sanitize everything after they use it, and I make sure I do every time.
