AC having issues keeping up on 90 degree days. Never stopped running. Scheduled a service. Chris called before arriving, explained what the issue was(low refrigerant and a capacitor issue), went over the cost, and was finished in very little time. Now I'm freezing my butt off woooo!
Had to call last year for the blower not working. Keith came out in record time. Another capacitor issue in the furnace. Went over my options and replaced the capacitor. I'll never call another HVAC company.

What a professional and pleasant company to do business with! I liked being able to speak with a real live human being when I called. Friendly, helpful and courteous office personnel. The technicians were courteous, thorough and informative. We also found the charges to reasonable and well within our budget. Of course the AC went out on the hottest day so far this summer, and they got me scheduled for a service call within 24 hours. Chris was very courteous, communicated well, double-checked for approval on every procedure he was going to do and was clear about price. Even more impressive: he stayed until 7:00 PM on a Friday to get the job done!
