SCAM artist - Russell said he cleaned out our gutters and we paid him. After he left we noticed there was hardly any grit/debris from the gutters in our yard waste, garbage, or anywhere out in the yard from the gutters. But he said he cleaned them and we trusted him. Then after seeing water leak from a high portion of the roof decided to use a drone to view our gutters from above. They were packed. He had made a lot of noise from the roof but did nothing to clean our gutters. And now, his phone is out of service where you can't even leave him a message. Do yourself a favor and hire anyone
