If you do not want to pay for a printer system or will not use it enough, you can simply order an edible image from us and we will send it to you in the mail!

Icing Image will peel away easily from backing paper. If any difficulty removing, pull backing sheet over the sharp edge of a table, etc., and the icing sheet should come away from backing sheet. If it is stuck to the clear backing, use a hair dryer and carefully blow hot air on the backing of the image until it starts to loosen (drying the moisture that is causing the sheet to stick to the backing).

This is a great company!! I bought a printer, ink and paper from them, the quality is excellent. Whenever I have a question they are ready to help in a very nice, patient and friendly way. Their support is excellent by phone, email Messenger or any text. When I order I tried the normal shipping but they do everything so good that I always received my orders before the "arrival date"

I’m so new to doing cake images and your website helped so much in making my sons cake look great. I ordered wafer paper and the ink from your site and received them so very fast I was very impressed. I called your customer service a few times and was helped so much, everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable about your products. As it turns out that wafer paper may not have been the way to go, I may have trouble with it curling on me when I apply it. I may have been better off with icing sheets instead. I wish I had some to try out instead, since apparently they work better I’m told. Anyhow,

My previous edible image printer (which I've had for years) kicked the bucket and I was in a crunch! I talked to the owner Debbie from Icing Images and she reassured me shipping was quick and did not cost extra (phew)! I bought the kit (a new printer that comes with paper and ink) and it literally came the next day (no extra shipping chargers either!) I couldn't be happier with the custom service and quick results! I've been using their icing sheets and wafer paper for years (which I love), but always had it in stock-I'm so happy to know it's a company you can count on

The most sweetest people to do business with Cassie was such a sweetheart she went above and beyond to help me get the perfect image. She did everything possible to make sure I get I want. Purchased a edible printer, went to use it for the first time, did not work, call the company for tech support, they said they offered it, no one available, so left a message, got a call back two days later, in the mean time called the manufacturer of the printer and it was determined that the device had defective software, told this to Icing Images and they could care less, did not want to know anything, till I told them I wanted the inks and icing sheets replaced that had been used to diagnose the printer problem, the owner told me they were not going to replace any products, because it was not

We have been relying on Icing Images for 8 years now for our business Cake Fiction. Although we can get edible images printed at some local supermarkets and ice cream stores, they never seem to be able to match the photo color or dimensions. However every time we order from Debbie at Edible Images we have received the order on time and in perfect state, which helps make us look good. Great service and highly recommended.

This is the worst company to deal with. First of all, if you're in the market for an edible Sugar printer - DO NOT BUY IT FROM ICING IMAGES. Their products are not Brand New, their customer service is beyond HORRIBLE and Debbie is a professional liar. I had purchased a printer from them with some sugar paper supplies and paid about $1000 for it. The printer did not work since day one, It would not align right, it would not pick up the blue ink, and it would print half the image with all weird colors and NEVER with the blue ink. MY

I purchased cupcake toppers for my sons 21st birthday and they did an amazing job!!!! The price was very reasonable and i was able to get multiple different pictures on 1 sheet of toppers. I recently purchased an edible image printer for $500 and unfortunately it's buyer beware. Edible printers require a LOT of maintenance and can be very temperamental. Plus they only give you a 30 DAY warrenty on the print head. Very expensive to maintain. Not worth the money. Get your images printed elsewhere, it's cheaper in the long run.

I ordered an image for my baby shower cake, paid the ridiculous $30 extra dollars to get it shipped 2 day Fed Ex just to be sure I got it well before my baby shower. Was supposed to be here on the 11th. Nothing. I emailed them, she basically told me she can resend-free of charge of course or wait to see what Fed Ex would say. This was on the 13th. She didn't offer to overnight it or really do anything at all. My baby shower is the 15th. The cake was made based on this image. The lady called me on the 13th, left a message and said she would check back Monday. My baby shower is Sunday. Monday

You can send these guys a photo or other image and they print it with edible ink onto a sheet of icing. You peel it off its paper backing and place it on an iced cake. It totally melts in and looks fantastic. So cool! We're using this to decorate our groom's cake for our wedging. We tried another company first, and it was like eating paper on top of our cake. But Icing Images worked like magic.
