Eric was our realtor and did a commendable job handling our two Badin Lake properties. There were some complications to the listings including a co-located lot and it was an older property that needed some future upgrades.
Eric provided great guidance on handling each property. He has a good eye for risk managing the sale and his points were fair and valid. He kept us completely informed and was always available for questions. His pricing knowledge was also quite helpful.

SO listed the house with Eric. huge mistake, I thought it would be easy being they are right on the lake.... laziness at its finest! They and I quote"do not believe in social media platform"as the were number 1 broker on the lake...not hard only about 2 here and 1 is part time. Eric then said he spent 10 hours and thousands of dollars on photo equipment....taking photos of my home.... looks like an iPhone to me! Just terrible experience....I don't think Eric brought anyone to even look at the house, other realtors did of course and thank god......
