Our family decided to rent a beach house for Thanksgiving week and we had the pleasure of dealing with Lauren. She was informative throughout the entire process, including selecting a place, gaining entry into the house and also dropping the keys off at the way out. We did not speak with Lauren at all during the entire week because all went so well we had no need to! The house was perfectly located, exactly as described, clean and spacious. We made a lot of amazing memories at the house with our family and had a great time, thanks to Lauren. Lauren is the best! We can't wait to go back again

Interesting read from Jason J of San Francisco. We, too, rented 6 Ocean this past summer. And we, too, had a major appliance issue. Read, below.
This home is beautifully located on the beach in Seaside Park. Its décor is updated and the unit endowed with plenty of amenities. We had one glaring problem during the midpoint of our stay: the failure of the water heater which affected the better part of 3 consecutive days. Rather than immediately replacing the 14-year old unit, the owner, a Dr. Gabriel Pivawer, through the Arthur Rue agency, instead, dithered by sending a handyman out the first day

Horrible service. Only gave us 1 key for our rental which was very inconvenient. When I called asking about second key, was told the previous tenant had lost it. I asked if they could get another one, they simply said no. Yet they had from 10 am until 3 pm that day to get a copy made. It doesn’t take long to go to Lowe’s or Home Depot or another… hardware store and have it done. They didn’t even try to rectify. I would have dropped the key off to them while I was at the beach but they didn’t even care. They just brushed it off like it wasn’t their issue. Was

Well Lauren did it again! Got us the perfect house for our vacation this summer...that would also allow our beloved pups! The absolute best Real Estate Agency on the barrier island. You will not find better service with fourty years of experience in closing deals. The renter broke their contract as the WiFi and tv did not work during 5 of the 7 days we vacationed there. The agency was supposed to take care of it by following up with the owner. We contacted Arthur Rue many times. Unfortunately, almost four months later and we have not received the $100 credit the agency told us we’d get.

After renting through Arthur Rue for years we just purchased a house in Seaside Park through them. I can’t say enough how great they were! Available whenever we needed them whether it was to answer questions,… refer contractors, or get us access to house. Anthony and Lauren are great realtors and even better people! I have been using Arthur Rue Agency for YEARS! A family operated small agency with hands on one-to-one service. They have been in Seaside Park for years and years and know every corner of the surrounding towns. They have successfully rented my summer home for every week available every year for years and years. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I was an owner renter or a tenant. Same for selling or buying a home.
