The most transparent and efficient PPC company I have ever worked with. I worked in the home services industry for 7 years managing all digital marketing for Service Champions Plumbing, Heating & Air. The clients I targeted were strictly residential clients. Prior to partnering with Vital Storm, I was partnered with another PPC agency through a prior agreement. Working with that prior agency, I temporarily became accustomed to accepting that clients were a cog in an agency’s operational procedure. I know that would not be the norm. Just giving a heads up to anyone considering Vital Storm to handle their SEO, Google Ads or Facebook Ads.
I contracted with Vital Storm to handle my ads and SEO in August 2020 and was totally catfished.
Jeff is a really smooth talker and my first indication that they might be catfishing me was when he wanted a 60 day cancelation in the contract. That means if I wanted to get rid of them for doing lousy work (which ended up being the case) I'd have to continue to pay them for 2 more months.
That was a deal breaker and I wanted 14 days, we settled on 30. I fired them one day after the first

I was just looking over the reviews for this company and I had to put in my views and feedback from personal experience. I also noticed that most of the negative reviews are from people who had a very short relationship with VitaIstorm and their management. This is unfortunate and not indicative of who they really are. Believe me.
I have been doing business with Vitalstorm for the last 13 years. They helped bring my business from $150k annually to $3 - $4mil. It did take some time of course and there were a lot of tweaks along the way.
