Very poor customer service after water heater installed. My gas went out. I needed to relight my pilot. Read the instructions affixed to my heater, and more on google and YouTube. It's not rocket science, but the striker (part that creates a spark for the pilot to light) is not producing sparks. I called three times, different days. No answer. Left messages. Non returned. Caught a live person in the office today who, after I told her what I needed said, "I have another call. I'll have Harvey call you right back." And that was the end of that three hours ago. I'm on my own. Two thumbs down, and

Every repair person who has come to our house has been wonderful. Yesterday, Leo fixed my toilet and was friendly, taught me some new ‘tricks’, and was very thoughtful about keeping the water from flowing onto my floor. I will definitely keep using Harvey West Plumbing! Great company!!!
