He keeps sending me unsolicited spam. I call his number many times and get poorly done voice mail. No return calls.
It was very unprofessional for a person selling million dollar homes to not even answer the phone or have an assistant answer the phone.
I also want to know how he got my email address.
I read a review where someone was happy he sold his house in 4 days. Either a fake review or a uninformed person. A house selling in 4 days is UNDER PRICED. Home owner probably had no clue on what the market was in his area.

I am a home seller in Laguna Beach. I tried using a smaller real estate office at first to sell my home. Needless to say, they were unsuccessful. So I began looking at which realtors in the area were the biggest marketers. After all, that's what I wanted- someone who would promote the heck out of my house.
In comes John Stanaland and my entire experience as a home seller turned from disappointed to enthusiastic. First, John answered my call personally. He then made an appointment with me to meet at and inspect my home. He was on time for the meeting and that means a lot to me.

Warning: John Standaland and Chris Sirianni are the worst team you could ever hire! I supposedly hired Chris but for some reason, he didn't have his own signs so he put his "partner's" signs up (really, it appears they were his broker's signs apparently so that it looks like they get more listings!). Many agents told me that this team didn't return calls when they were trying to show my house, and that they were basically unresponsive, which explains why my house didn't get a lot of activity.
