We offer hands-on care and individualized therapeutic exercise programs from expertly trained and licensed physical therapists who work one-on-one with you. We're always here to listen to your concerns and answer your questions.
Physical therapy is the practice of treating pain and restoring movement for patients who are suffering a condition or injury. Physical therapists find the source of the symptoms and address them with targeted exercises, hands-on manual therapy and physical modalities such as heat and ice. The purpose of these treatments is to heal damaged tissues, treat inflammation and restore mobility and motor control.
From intake to recovery, we want your experience with Momentum Physical Therapy to be as seamless as possible. If you have questions concerning insurance, billing or more, our team is happy to help. We even make it easy for new patients to download patient intake forms for a faster check-in process.
Momentum Physical Therapy is an in-network, preferred provider for most major insurances and Medicare. We also accept Worker's Compensation and personal injury claims. As a courtesy to our patients, we also verify insurance benefits and file insurance claims promptly on their behalf. Although we are not contracted with all insurances, we are willing to work out individualized payment plans for out-of-network clients.
With the passing of House Bill 29 back in 2019, Physical Therapy Direct Access is still fairly new. Wonderful team and facility. Tim was outstanding--helped me to recover from my fractured ankle with humor and hard work. rest of the team Will and Kelley also terrific. Facility is clean and well kept with COVID precautions in place. I would recommend PT there 100 times out of 100. though I hope you never need it.

Best PT Place in the area. They won a national award in 2014 for being the best PT place in the nation. Will Person is a highly skilled manual therapist who can really get people back to the things they love soon. I send all my friends and family who live in this area over to Will and he takes great care of them.
