If you are a new patient please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to complete paperwork and for the office to log you in and take your insurance information. Please bring your insurance information to your first appointment. If you are on workers compensation please bring in the claim number and case manager information.
We recommend you call to check if we are a preferred provider for your specific insurance plan. Alaska is a direct access state, this means you may see a physical therapist without a referral. Some insurance companies, however, require a referral. Please give 24 hours notice for cancellation of your appointment so your slot may be filled by someone on the wait list.

Worked with Joy for pelvic stability. Joy is very professional and knowledgeable about her profession. Unfortunately because I was breastfeeding and dealing with thyroid stuff it may have hindered my getting better. I did receive some relief and learned some tools for strengthening my pelvis in the future.
