At New You Fitness, you are not just joining a gym, you are joining a family! Our small group training classes give our coaches the opportunity to provide members with unmatched attention during workouts and members the opportunity to get the know the coaches and people they are training with. We know that each member's goals are different and can tailor our workouts to fit the abilities of each individual.

Because all of our workouts are self-paced, you will never feel out of place asking for modifications if needed. You will leave each session feeling inspired by the coaches, encouraged by fellow members and accomplished in your abilities and dedication to your health! Services
Personal training is a great way to take your fitness to the next level or train in a one-on-one setting. All personal training packages are tailored to you, taking your personal health goals into consideration during each workout. Optional nutrition services and group fitness classes are included with all packages.
The quickest way to a healthy lifestyle and noticeable results is changing the way you fuel your body. Nutrition packages can be purchased a la carte or added to any monthly membership and are included with all our personal training options. Each plan includes a body composition analysis to determine the appropriate macro-nutrient count for your body.
The energy and knowledge of the staff are exceptional. Personalised fitness, that the big corporates would like to offer but cannot, is the signature of NYF. I'm about to finish my 6 week bootcamp and love it so much, I'm continuing on. They are so awesome and so helpful. Believe me, I need the help!

New You Fitness is a great place to workout - regardless of your fitness goals! I started Feb 2019 in an effort to try something new and add more weights to my routine. I got addicted to the lunch-time bootcamp. In Dec 2019, I added in early morning personal training 3 x / wk. Brett, Canelia and the team are fantastic & experts in their field. Give it a try!

Bootcamp class is well worth the money. You will have variety in workouts plus you can adjust to your ability or desire. Everyone at any skill level can get something out of it if I can. 🙂

I tried one workout here and it was a really friendly environment. They have very upfront and reasonable prices. There was a wide variety of fitness levels and it is a group class.

I’m not here to talk about the weight I have shed or muscle I have built. I’m just here to tell you about a huge issue I have encountered since combining the nutrition and exercise program at NYF. I really hate to say this but since starting the program, there have been several times in class where I have lost my underwear. Like doing jumping jacks, or jump rope, or any bouncing motion and next thing I know my underwear have fallen down to a point where I have to conspicuously try to get them back up. This has also happened with older pants in the comfort of my home. If you want your pants
