My name is David Parker, and I have been in the plumbing business for three decades. I have extensive knowledge in all aspects of the plumbing trade. We provide plumbing services to residential, commercial and industrial clients. I currently hold a Master PI License for the states of North and South Carolina and have been in business here since 1997.

ER plumbing Services had a plumber at my house to evaluate a leaking hot water heater 90 minutes after I called them on a Sunday evening. Brennan was attentive and punctual, he got the job done and scheduled the delivery and installation of a new hot water heater within 24 hours. You can’t do better than that. Repaired gas line that had been punctured by whoever installed the house siding. Josh did an amazing job, very through and professional. He went the extra mile to find out the cause of the gas leak. Reggie did a great job taking care of the plumbing issues. We had multiple tubs/sinks to look at and he was in and out, even waited on me briefly to meet him. I've used ER Plumbing on our rental before and this is the first time using them on my primary home but will continue to do so! Would recommend, fair in pricing and everything is now working fine.

Last year when I replaced my 17-yr-old gas water heater, E.R.Plumbing Took care of everything smoothly and quickly. When I called them yesterday after my pilot light would not stay lit the Office staff was very helpful and encouraging to provide the best service for my needs. They were very upfront about an issue that was brought to their attention about some brands of gas water heaters having this issue. They got me on the books right away and though my service warranty had just expired, they extended it for me so I could get this repair done without cost to me. Garrett was a fantastically personable

Extraordinary service. My old under the stairs water heater was very difficult to physically work on or remove. Installation of a new water heater was just as challenging. The E. R. Services team led by Garrett Helms showed experience and patience to successfully finish the job. My new water heater is working well. Reasonable price.

Taylor arrived on time and with a mask on. Not only was he super knowledgeable but he was also friendly. He took his tome to really troubleshoot my issue without trying to upsell me things I didn't need. I thought the estimate was fair and I believe the diagnostic was done with a sense of, this is how I would want to be treated." I appreciated the work he did and would highly recommend this company. The customer service was fantastic; they communicated throughout the whole process. I also like how they send a photo and brief bio if the technician coming to your home prior to their arrival

Very thorough and explained everything along the way from the start of the job when they came to give me a quote; through to the end of the job. As well as, they even cleaned up the extra dirt in the street and the driveway.
It's obvious the level of experience and knowledge that Joe has. I didn't feel concerned about the level and quality of work. It was top notch!

ER plumbing services came through and sent a master plumber Tuesday, who rebuilt the stops on all 3 leaks. They also rebuilt the kitchen sink plumbing to fix that larger issue. The bathtub leak still needs to be resolved but they state it must be completed by a bathroom renovation Bathtub installation contractor. They will also refund the site visit fee, so we're just awaiting that. They eventually came through for us with some further escalation and seasoned eyes.

Had ER Plumbing convert my old tank water heater over to a Rinnai tankless unit. They were outstanding in every step of the process: setting up the appointment, getting the quote, scheduling the install, the install day itself, and the follow up. Mike and the install team were very knowledge and personable. I won't hesitate to call ER plumbing for all my future plumbing needs!

First let's remember I love good customer service, E.R. Plumbing had superb customer service in my recent email inquiry.
I reached out to several local plumbing companies with my dilemma and they were the first to respond out of 10 . I like that they stated there would be a service call fee of $69, I had to ask other companies because they didn't disclose this with their email responses . The $69 doesn't sound too bad when you're getting $89 quotes from others. What prompted me to write this review with 5stars was because I was asked if I tried plunging my kitchen sink

I had a shower temp control cartridge go out suddenly on Sunday night and the water would not longer turn off. Had to turn entire house water off, so I called E R Plumbing and talked to Trinity. He worked with me before coming out, in case it was something relatively simple that would save me money. It wasn't in this case and he was out, had the installation complete and gone inside of two hours. Staff was polite on the phone, Trinity was very professional and friendly. I am extremely pleased with the service, speed, price and professionalism with this team.

I submitted a request for quotes (via Yelp) to multiple services in the area. E R Plumbing was the first to reply and were completely in line with the other, eventual quotes I received (or lower in some cases). The owner of the company, David, remained in contact with me via Yelp message until I could speak to someone in the office. It was after hours so I was unsure what our options were but they were willing to send someone out as late as 9pm to get our problem fixed, and our water back on. I had my hot water heater quit working and it was out of warranty, so, I looked on Yelp and found this company. I called them up and they had somebody out within a couple of hours. They also did a call back to let me know the technician was on his way.
My technician, Jeff, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He checked over the water heater, explained the issue very thoroughly and gave me my options.
I was very happy to do business w this company and will use them again next time.
