Irby Moncure, CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) began his insurance career in Richmond, Virginia as a life insurance agent with the John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company. He joined his uncle Eustace C. Moncure in Blackstone as a Property & Casualty agent in 1966. Now retired, Irby loves the outdoors and enjoys turkey hunting and Chesapeake Bay fishing.

Walked in in search of homeowner's insurance and auto insurance, only got homeowner's insurance. I was put off as far as auto insurance then noticed certain people got treated differently than I did. Well I appreciate the fact they took the time to help me but I expected more from this agency. I ended up going somewhere else that gave me both like I asked and treated me fairly. THANKS MONCURE!!!
