Six Lakes Realty has been a part of the Northwestern Wisconsin community since 1978. The legacy of service began in 1989 when Butch and Barb Flor purchased the firm. 2001 brought Managing Broker, John Flor, to Six Lakes Realty with the desire to carry on the family business. John's wife, Julie, joined the firm as a buyer's agent in 2014 and is now John's partner and fellow Team leader.

This was by far the best home buying experience from top to bottom I have ever had. Julie and her staff were always available and helpful from start to finish. We even had to do it long distance since I lived in nevada while purchasing this home. No problem at all everything went exactly as it was supposed to. Also julie helped me along the way with little things I needed or didn't need since i have never lived in wisconsin.

I went to Julie because she was local to my area. It turns out that was a great decision. She really knows the Barron County / Chippewa Valley area. On top of that, her professionalism and ability to explain complex procedures involved in buying a home also left a strong impression with me. Julie and the entire team at Six Lakes Realty made the entire process for buying our vacation property seem easy. We had a complicated issue with a septic system and Julie came up with a brilliant idea for escrowing some of the purchase price until the ground thawed and we could determine how much replacement would cost. It was a creative solution that got both us and the seller comfortable with moving forward. If we ever need to sell or buy in Wisconsin, Julie will be the first person we call.
