Just to follow-up on one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company for production in my eleven years in business. Not only was nothing communicated the entire process, the lack of knowledge and transparency of production and paper stock from your team including Ben, Jack and everyone else that picked up the phone was a complete joke… and were quick to disregard my knowledge of the technical process of the production. You wasted my time, my clients time and all of the paper that was sent. I sent a sample of what I wanted to replicate exactly and was told that it could be done
