After over twenty years as a client with the Burbank office, I'm gone. Easier to get a hold of the IRS than the Burbank office for the last few years. (I know it is now closed). Wouldn't it make sense to call your clients and let them know your closing your office ahead of time? Maybe convince them to use the San Dimas office? Odd...

I write this with mixed emotions. Raven Paul was great when I first started going to them ten years ago, but they haven't been good for a very long time.
Most recently, I was audited for 2015 and I couldn't get anyone at Raven Paul on the phone and it took days for anyone to answer emails. I received no counsel or advice on how to deal with this unsettling matter.
The IRS gives you 30 days to provide evidence and send supporting materials, explaining your finances. I wasted weeks waiting to hear from Raven Paul and after gathering my own materials and sending them blindly to the IRS
