They really don't seem to care about quality of career. They let my relative lay in a dirty and wet depends. They told my relative when asked for a bed pan to just use it in the depends. Seems they are to lazy to get a person up to go to the toilet. Now there are bed sores developing. I was a social worker at a nursing home and skilled nursing unit and this in unacceptable. The state will be hearing about this.

Very unorganized from the people in the office down to the nurses. The people in the office are unprofessional with how they talk to you and answer your questions. The nurses during the day time act like they don't understand anything about your family member . I had to literally ask the Male nurse..where did you get your nursing license from ? I had to remove my family member out of there.

Absolutely horrible place. My grandma was there for 2 days and the very first night she was there the electricity went out for 6 hours. The back-up generator only powers the main building and the hallways. Therefore they had to move all the patients with O2 or other electrical needs to the hallways. My grandma had wet her bed and no one was there attending her. Because of the lack of attention, she contracted a major bladder infection. The nurses and staff there do not care. The whole place is outdated and looks nothing like the pictures. If you care about your loved ones do not let them stay in

Was at Cambridge Health & Rehabilitation, Richmond, TX for June 11 - 25 after a hospital stay. At first I could not walk & I needed dialysis (supplied by Davita Dialysis in nearby Rosenberg, TX). Both facilities did an excellent job and I recommend both. I progressed with the help of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy and can now walk independently and completely take care of myself. I also no longer need Dialysis.
Most of the nursing staff are very accomplished and responsive. Some are excellent, very positive and anticipate the patients needs. The Therapy group is well staffed, knowledgeable

Before placing my Dad I checked so many facilities. This one came highly recommended as well as good reviews. I visited and met with workers twice before moving my Dad in. They seemed extremely nice and caring. Some of the workers had been there for several years , so I felt it must be a good place to work. I found that not to be true. I realized they are very skilled at getting out of things. I found one hiding in the next room after waiting 30 minutes after pushing my Dad's button. I will never forget her lack of compassion! Later I found out she had been fired and then rehired due to these facilities

My stay at Cambridge was very helpful in my recovery after a quadruple bypass and the onset of a possible stroke. The entire staff was respectful, caring, helpeful during my stay of 53 days. The physical therapy staff were excellent and daily they encouraged me to persist in my rehab which was very important. I had lost all physical strength due to the severity of heart attack, possible stroke, and vital organ failure. The physical therapists encouragement, nudging, and my personal determination, I am on the come back trail at home and my physicians informed me that it would be a slow process.

My Mom at 78 years of age had major surgery in March of 2018, she required several Months of care to get back on her feet. We live in Sugar Land and had no idea where to send her or how to even begin to evaluate the different facilities in the area. I personally visited 4 including Cambridge, initially I was not impressed with Cambridge, it was on a busy street, the building was older than the others and although the staff were nice, I didn't think it had that "it" factor, but the Medical staff at Methodist and the Social worker said they are very good and highly recommended. So since the people
