Tom Mahlen is admitted to practice in Montana State and Federal Courts, and is a member of the Montana Defense Trial Lawyers Association. Originally from northern Wisconsin, Tom worked for the firm as a law clerk during law school, and joined the firm in 2007.
Tom has assisted in defending government entities and businesses against allegations of discrimination and retaliation under state and federal law, and has experience practicing before the Montana Human Rights Bureau, the Montana Human Rights Commission, and the Department of Labor-Hearings Bureau.Over the years, Tom has volunteered with the Billings Breakfast Exchange Club and other local nonprofit organizations.
