Services
Medicaid provides health coverage to millions of Americans, including eligible low-income adults, children, pregnant women, elderly adults and people with disabilities. Medicaid is administered by states, according to federal requirements. The program is funded jointly by states and the federal government.
In-home care services can help someone who is aging and needs assistance to live independently; is managing chronic health issues; is recovering from a medical setback; or has special needs or a disability. Many PRIVATE DUTY NURSING cases involve pediatric patients on Supplemental Security Income (SSI) who have long term illnesses such as Cerebral Palsy (CP) and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI).
Our team of experienced and highly trained caregivers provide the highest quality of care to both patients and their families. 1st Choice Adult Day Center assists your loved one while you are away during the day and or aren't able to stay with them. I am one of the staff members here at the Adult Day Center.

This staff is very UNORGANIZED and do NOT work together. You will be on hold longer than you will ever talk to anyone. Takes 3 weeks for them to receive or send mail. I have worked through them since July 2020 (Emailed and mailed time sheets 7/28/20) and I am YET TO GET PAID!!!!!!! Time sheets that were filled out by them and emailed and they call me today 8/18/20 to tell me that they are incorrect. I have talked to them on 8/14/20 and they ensured me that my check would be in my account on no later than 8/18/20 and NOW you call me to say that they are incorrect?????????? The pay is very minimal
